Privacy Policy — Gontlet Last updated: May 17, 2026 Overview Gontlet (“the App”) is a daily social challenge app. This privacy policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Information We Collect Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your Apple ID authentication token, display name, username, and optional profile photo. If you use email sign-in, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth). User Content: Photos and videos you submit as challenge completions, captions, and comments. This content is visible to other users of the app. Usage Data: Challenge completion history, likes, comments, follows, streak counts, and leaderboard scores. This data is used to provide app features and is visible to other users as part of the social experience. Device Information: We collect your device push notification token to send you notifications about likes, comments, follows, and daily challenges. We do not collect device identifiers for tracking purposes. How We Use Your Information
To provide and operate the app’s core features (challenges, feed, profiles, leaderboards) To send push notifications you’ve opted into (daily challenges, likes, comments, follows) To display your content to other users in the feed, discover, and challenge views To calculate leaderboard rankings and streak counts To serve advertisements through Google AdMob
Third-Party Services Supabase: We use Supabase for authentication, database storage, and file storage. Your data is stored on Supabase’s servers. See Supabase Privacy Policy. Apple Sign-In: If you sign in with Apple, Apple provides us with an authentication token. See Apple’s Privacy Policy. Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device information and use cookies or similar technologies to serve relevant ads. See Google’s Privacy Policy. Data Sharing We do not sell your personal information. Your content (challenge submissions, captions, comments) is shared with other app users as part of the social experience. We share data with the third-party services listed above solely to operate the app. Data Retention Your account data and content are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time through the app’s Settings screen, which removes your profile and associated data. Children’s Privacy Gontlet is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Your Choices
